Have you thought of all that?
We all know how hard it is to get good customer service from the brick-and-mortar stores and businesses! Most complaints only become a number, the companies take far too long to respond, and yes, some don’t respond at all. Should you only bank on your client’s patience, persistence and perseverance? What does it take to sustain clients and what makes for good customer service?
Add the human touch…
Send out Thank You notes from time to time.
Pamper your clients. It can be a New Year / Birthday card or a small token at Diwali.
Know your customers personally. It may not always be possible to know ALL your customers, but try to know at least some of them.
Keep the doors open for customer feedback. What your customers say, matters!
Feedback from customers indicates, that adding a human or a thoughtful touch to your customer service can build loyalty.
Set a target. If you have 50 customers today, set a target for 100 customers and see if adding the human touch brings in more customers.
If you want your customers to keep coming back, it’s important to give them what they want!
Don’t forget, that becoming a company known for good service requires planning and persistence, but above all, it requires the goodwill of your customers! So add that human touch and see the difference… |
