Business & me? No way....

Are you the type who wants to hide at the mention of the mere word "business"?
Do you think you don't have what it takes, to be an entrepreneur? Does the mention of a "business plan" make you look aghast? Do you think only those people who have a lot of money can become entrepreneurs or start their own business?

You couldn't be further from the truth.
Read on to dispel some oft'-believed-in myths!

Money Matters
Yes, of course money matters to most of us! But today, you don't need to invest your entire family fortune if you want to start a business. Several loans are available, and being a woman you can also avail of preferential / lower rates of interest, with long pay back periods. Look around and see what works for you.

Business Sense
If you think "I'm not cut out for business", or "I don't have business sense" then think again. What you really need, to succeed in a business is plain common sense, and not "business sense". If whatever you choose to do, can earn you profit, then you do have business sense.

The MBA Mantra
So, you think you need an MBA to be a success at business? No way! If you don't have a qualifying Degree, it doesn't matter. You can always start a business with something you are good at. Hard work and grit are more qualifying than a Degree! Think hard about your business venture, bounce it off a better mind, do your planning and become an entrepreneur!

Nine-to-Five
This is the biggest myth which needs to be destroyed! Most people believe, they need to work 9 to 5 if they want to start a business or become an entrepreneur. Definitely not! Today we live in a wonderful era, where flexibility is the buzz word and the options are many: you can work out of home, you can work for a few hours every day, you can work on flexi-time. It's all up to you!

Anyone can be in business! Yes, even you! You can become an entrepreneur and be your own boss! Think about it!
