Customer is king! So we all know, but how far does your home based business translate this into reality? How do you treat your customers, big or small? Do you have returning customers? If not, do you think they go elsewhere for better service? Don your thinking cap and do some quick introspection if you want your business to grow!

Most customers are fed up of bad service. So, if you can offer good customer service, you can certainly increase your business and score over others! It does make good business sense, doesn't it?

A satisfied customer is not only bound to return, but will be free advertisement for you! He will choose to endorse your company / product by word of mouth or refer his friends to you. If you are in business, make sure you lay enough emphasis on Customer service!
