Here are some tips
(i) cook dal for two meals, Indian food can be freeze easily, so next time you need to only add tadka and fresh dal is ready
. (ii) Make a paste of onion, tomatoes, ginger, garlic during your free time and roast it well with oil, don't add any masala's and freeze; do next time cooking just add already done paste, masala's, veg. and adequate water. Its done.
(iii) Don't throw the remaining gravy of butter chicken; keep it in a freeze. Next day morning boil egg add them to the gravy and instant egg curry is ready.
(iv) Plan your wardrobe for next week on Sunday itself. Hang your dresses accordingly. (v) Keep boiled potatoes, curd, tomato puree, kneaded flour, sprouts, bread, butter, egg, cheese spread, carton milk, juices in your refrigerator. One can make instant food by using any of these items.
(vi) Roast suji and dalia and keep it in air-tight container. Making instant upma or dalia will be no more time consuming.
(vii) Keep sufficient pair of under-garments therefore if washing is not possible during weekday you are not bothered.
(viii) Make a practice that whatever you are picking from a place you should be leaving the same at the same place. It will save time for (i) re-locating and (ii) arranging the house.
(ix) Place a soft board in kitchen and pin all your to-do lists there. And, pin a list in which you may add things which are over and you wish to purchase over a weekend.
(x) Identify a store where you can do one-stop shopping, to save time. If possible shop during pre-lunch or post-lunch; avoid evening shopping if time is an issue.
