First of all w should always have the habit to plan ahead. Secondly while planning we should keep in mind the possible disturbances and accordingly keep some time flexible in order to remain on safe side. Thirdly in case things clash in stead of getting panicky we should always try to set the things right by prioritizing the important things first. Fourthly, we should always give some time for ourselves because if we are fresh, our mind will be in a condition to think new and different alternatives in case the need arises.
