3. Allow for traffic jams in life - Build-in buffer time in schedules. There are bound to be external factors that can disrupt the best of plans. .
4. Be informed - Know how to do what you are doing, even if its sweeping and swabbing! - ignorance is the first cause of inefficiency.
5. Keep calm - no management can be successful with a stressed mind-set. Meditate if necessary for a few minutes now and again. This will
keep your mind free of cluttering, useless thoughts. This will automatically make you more organized and

7. Have "me" time - this will refresh you during the day to carry on with the rest of it! If you keep yourself satisfied, you can satisfy the world.

9. Eat well - Good nutrition boosts both brain and brawn.
10. Exercise - Even 3 sit-ups a day will pump in some much needed adrenalin. And activate those stiff joints and muscles!
