1. First get up early in the morning.
2 Do your cooking in simple way in the week days.
3 don't take any extra work in the weekdays.
4. cutting vegetables and plan your cooking has to fininsh yesterday evening for today's work.
5. Ask your husband and children to help you in the morning work.
6. In the same way you go to office in time.
7. You have to finish your office work that day itself So you may not having pending work.
8Avoid gossip in the house and as well as in the office
9. Shopping and cleaning work may be postpone the week end
10. If you do all these things you maybe happy in your office and be healthy in your house also.
